Dark Plum Smokey Eye | FOTD

Oh look... I've ventured away from my usual neutral and gold shimmer shadows I wore waaaay too much! This is a big deal (I mean not really, but definitely a massive step out of my comfort zone) I created this look using a few of my new favourite makeup items I've collected over the last few months and I thought I'd share it!

YSL Touché Eclat Blur Primer
NARS Sheer Glow in Siberia
NARS Creamy Concealer in Chantilly
Rimmel London Match Perfection Translucent Powder
MAC Mineralise Skin Finish in Soft and Gentle
Revolution Golden Sugar 2 Rose Gold Palette
Benefit Hoola Bronzer

Urban Decay Shadow in Tempted for Transition
Urban Decay Shadow in Lockout in Outer and Inner Corners, and Under the Lower Lashes
Urban Decay Shadow in Lethal in Outer and Inner Corner (to create a halo eye effect) and Under the Lower Lashes
MAC Shadow in Honeylust in the Centre
Urban Decay in Bootycall on top of Honeylust for Extra Shimmer
L'Oreal Superliner for Winged Liner
Soap and Glory Thick and Fast Mascara
Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Mascara

Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipstick in Leo

This look is quite different for me. I hardly ever wear plum shades, but the Urban Decay Ultimate Basics palette has completely changed this for me! This is much darker than what I usually wear, but I always think darker eyeshadow looks amazing in the colder months! Usually I wear a lot of gold and brown shades with a nude lip, but adding the more brown toned nude with the plum colours was a change I was surprisingly all about!
